INERTIAL-GRADE & REFERENCE
MEMS DC ACCELEROMETERS
SDI's MEMS inertial accelerometer Q-Modules combine the same durability and reliability of SDI’s MEMS DC surface mount inertial accelerometers together with the added benefits of direct pin and form factor compatibility of industry quartz inertial accelerometers. The Q-Modules™ are recommended for any higher-grade industrial or tactical-grade inertial and tilt reference accelerometer application where quartz-based inertial accelerometers may already be in use, and where exceptional Allan Variance characteristics, excellent long-term bias repeatability, scale factor stability, low noise, axis misalignment and vibration rectification error specifications in a MEMS-based solution are preferred.
SDI's Model 2290 MEMS DC Precision Reference Accelerometer delivers inertial-grade stability and accuracy in an industrial package. The 2290's plug-and-play design makes it quick to set up, and each unit is calibrated for consistency to keep it simple.

INERTIAL MEMS ACCELEROMETER - ECCN 7A994
The Model 2225 Q-Module is a low-mass, low-power module, electrically and mechanically compatible with fixtures and equipment designed for industry-standard quartz accelerometers. It combines a high-temperature, open printed circuit board (PCB), specifically designed to give the high stability required for inertial applications, and SDI’s high-end industrial-inertial grade Model 1525 MEMS Accelerometer. The 2225 was designed to provide the high level of long-term stability required by intensive inertial-related applications for operation in -40 to +85°C environments, like backup systems for light to medium weight aircraft and helicopters.
Available in 5g, 10g, 25g, & 50g
PROVEN APPLICATIONS:
mechanically compatible with industry-standard quartz accelerometer fixtures and equipment
zero to medium frequency inertial and tilt applications
R&D alternative for existing quartz accelerometer systems

TACTICAL INERTIAL MEMS ACCELEROMETER - ECCN 7A994
The Model 2227 Q-Module is a low-mass, low-power MEMS inertial accelerometer, designed for inertial navigation and tilt applications requiring zero-to-medium frequency response. It features an industry-standard form factor and pin configuration that is directly compatible with traditional quartz inertial accelerometers. Model 2227 modules are assembled with a high-temperature, open printed circuit board (PCB), with a circuit that converts accelerometer differential output voltage into a level of current directly proportional to the amount of applied acceleration. This design allows the Model 2227 to achieve the necessary low-noise, high-stability, long-term repeatability and low power requirements of today's inertial navigation applications, at a competitive price point.
