If It Was Us, We’ll Make It Right
If your MEMS accelerometer arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it. Please read the warranty details and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly and keep your operations on track.
Warranty Coverage and Return Policy
All returns must have an RMA# assigned prior to sending. Please contact SDI before sending any returns, recalibrations, or repairs.
Warranty Returns For Manufacturing Defects
Exchanges or repairs will be made for all warranty returns within 12 months from date of delivery.
- Date of delivery is based on the carrier’s record of delivery
- Modules must be unopened with their cases still sealed
- Screening and engineering fees are non-refundable
- Ultrasonic cleaning voids all warranties
- Please provide purchase date or original PO #, model #, and unit serial #when contacting SDI
Product Returns For Refund
Unopened products (ESD seal intact) may be returned for up to 90 days after original delivery date.
- Subject to 20% restocking and re-calibration charge
- Only standard commercial accelerometers and modules may be returned
- Screening and engineering fees are non-refundable
- Date of delivery is based on the carrier’s record of delivery
- Please provide purchase date or original PO #, model #, and unit serial # when contacting SDI
