WARRANTY
SDI's reputation is on the line with every order, so we do everything we can to make sure customers receive the performance they expect.
SDI works very hard to ensure every part leaving its building meets strict quality requirements. Every accelerometer chip and module is inspected and tested before being released for shipment, but every once in a while a piece is damaged between our production floor and a customer's hands. If we messed up, we want to make it right. If your part can be repaired, we will repair it. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it. Please read the Warranty details below and contact SDI as soon as possible so we can get you back on track right away.
All returns must have an RMA# assigned prior to sending. Please contact SDI before sending any returns, recalibrations, or repairs.
WARRANTY RETURNS FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Exchanges or repairs will be made for all warranty returns within 12 months from date of delivery.

Screening and engineering fees are non-refundable

Ultrasonic cleaning voids all warranties

PRODUCT RETURNS FOR REFUND
Unopened products (ESD seal intact) may be returned for up to 90 days after original delivery date.
