We offer:
- No added fees for collect shipping — Use your own carrier account without extra charges. We never apply handling fees to shipments billed to your collect account.
- Blanket purchase orders with flexible scheduling — POs can be set for up to 365 days After Receipt of Order (ARO), with the option to schedule multiple shipments or keep delivery dates open.
- Inventory holds for purchase order processing — In-stock items can be reserved for up to 5 business days while you finalize a PO.
- Transparent shipping terms — All orders ship FOB Origin (Kirkland, WA), EXW, allowing us to keep pricing competitive while giving you full control over logistics.
