Warranty Returns
- For manufacturing defects only.
- Exchanges or repairs will be made for all warranty returns.
- Parts
may be returned within 6 months from date of delivery for accelerometer
modules, Model 1010, 1210 & 1221 accelerometers,
and G-Logger Model 3310 & 3320 systems.
- Modules must be unopened with their cases still sealed.
- Soldered parts cannot be returned.
- Screening and engineering fees are non-refundable.
- Date of delivery is based on the carrier's record of delivery.
Non-Warranty Returns
- Unopened products only (ESD seal intact).
- Subject to 20% restocking and re-calibration charge.
- Only standard commercial accelerometers and modules may be returned.
- Screening and engineering fees are non-refundable.
- Returns may be made for up to 90 days after original delivery date.
- Date of delivery is based on the carrier's record of delivery.
- Please provide purchase date, model number, and unit serial number when contacting us.
All repair orders are subject to a testing/diagnosis fee of $100 if no data or explanation is provided.
