Non-warranty
Returns
- Unopened products only (ESD seal
intact).
- Subject to 20% restocking and
re-calibration
charge.
- Only standard commercial
accelerometers and
modules may be returned.
- Returns may be made for up to six
months after
original shipment date.
- Please
provide purchase date,
model number, and unit serial number when contacting us.
All repair
orders are
subject to a testing/diagnosis fee of $100 if no data or explanation is
provided.
