U.S. Customer Warranty Information and Product Return Policy

All product returns must have prior authorization and an Assigned RMDR#.

Please provide Purchase Date, Model Number, and Unit Serial Number when contacting us.

Please Fill out the attached SDI Return Form with the returned part(s).

Contact Sales for return authorization by one of the following methods:

Product Returns:

    • Unopened Products only (ESD seal intact).
    • Subject to 20% Restocking and Re-calibration charge.
    • Only standard commercial accelerometers and modules may be returned.
    • Returns may be made for up to six months after original shipment date.
    • Please provide Purchase Date, Model Number, and Unit Serial Number when contacting us.

Warranty:   (for Manufacturing Defects Only).
    Six Months from date of shipment for Accelerometer Modules
    Six Months from date of shipment for Model 1010, 1210 & 1221 Accelerometers that have never been soldered.
    Six Months from date of shipment for G-Logger Model 3310 & 3320 Systems.

2430	$325 Labor + $150 per damaged axis + additional replacement parts. X and Y Axis only.
2440	$325 Labor + $175 per damaged axis + additional replacement parts. X and Y Axis only.
3310	$900 max for both Parts & Labor + Standard repair/replacement pricing for internal 2410 acceleration module if needed.
3320	$900 max for both Parts & Labor (2010 & 2420 remote accelerometer repair is priced separately above).
